Travel to Sierra de Bejar via the Silver Route

Sierra de Gata

The Sierra de Gata and the neighbouring Ciudad Rodrigo regions add to the peerless experience that you will acquire at the end of your excursion through Salamanca. These regions are located in the South west province of Caceres which borders the country of Portugal. The region takes pride in the city of Ciudad Rodrigo which is synonymous with scores of monuments of great importance to the residents of this part of Salamanca. The region also boasts of scenic undulating landscape endowed with vast yellow wheat plantations. The region ranks amongst the world's best producers of wheat.

Sierra de Francia

The region is cited in the Southern region of Salamanca. Santa de Francia is scenic with numerous places of interests worth mentioning in the town of La Alberca and its immediate neighbours.
